My Real Estate Library

Creating your own library of properties is easy and gives you better control of what homes to promote. In any campaign you choose, the prospects are going to be in the same zip code and you choose the home price you want to sell or have buyers qualify for. You select for your library properties, sold or for sale, in the same price range.

Once created, the library is dynamic, you choose to have either LeadMiner input appropriate properties and images dynamically, or you specify which properties are to be inserted.If we're a member of your MLS, appropraite properties can be chosen automaticly, creating your own library, however, will give you a lot more control in inserting the properties you choose to promote.

To create a library you connect to your MLS and select properties you wish to use in your letters. You then minimize the MLS page and open My Real Estate Library create and edit page. With both pages on the same screen it makes it easy to transfer images and information.
