builder campaign creation process


1.) Select from one of our six campaigns (use the links on the left to choose the most appropriate) and select prospect attributes.

2.) Choose area, number of prospects, qualify prospects by their income, and other relevant attributes.

3.) Insert images and details of homes being promoted.

4.) Apply box offers a number of options in choosing home to be promoted.

5.) View prospect details and selected homes in CRM.   For additional CRM features and information

6. )Click on the Edit Template button on CRM and choose the type of template.

7.) Modify an existing template or create a new template. We provide you with a range of industry specific fields, computed fields and tags giving you creative flexibility to produce letters, postcards, and emails fully personalized to recipients.  For additional Editor features and information please visit: ../documentation/editor.html

8.) Use the Editor to create an envelope, place text, and an image or Logo, if desired. In your letter, LeadMiner will insert images of homes you have placed in your library for your prospects who may qualify.

View Finished Letters

Always view your letters in PDF file format before printing and mailing a campaign!

9.) Print and mail or click on the the Print Services button (highlighted below) and leave the print and mail fulfillment to us.
