auto campaign creation process
1.) Title your campaign with a unique name.

2.) Choose area and select prospect attributes (we recommend choosing a broad range of attributes)

3.) Insert images of used or new vehicles selected for promotion, input vehicle details and
scroll down the list of prospect profiles and select which profile best matches the vehicle selected
Example-pickups for blue collar worker, SUV's for soccer mom's (see next image)

4.) Create as many new buyer profiles, (categories), as you like. Create profiles suggested by vehicle manufacturers and reach out to prospects for which the vehicle was originally built.

5.) Either let LeadMiner dynamically match vehicles to prospects or do it yourself.

6.) Use the Auto financing library to offer FICO based financing and lease options

7.) You can provide prospects with estimated monthly payments based on their FICO scores.
Once your library is ready and you have applied your vehicles, you're ready to apply the financing to each vehicle in each lead's record in your auto campaign. If desired, you can name the Finance Programs according to FICO scores needed to qualify, or name the financing programs per your company's policy.

9.) Click on the Edit Template button on the CRM and choose the type of template you wish to use.

10.) Modify an existing template or create a new template. We provide you with a range of industry specific fields, computed fields and tags giving you creative flexibility to create letters, postcards, and emails that are fully personalized to your recipients. 11.) Use the Editor to place text and images on your envelopes. LeadMiner will place the chosen images from your library into the media chosen for your campaign.

Always view your letters in PDF file format before printing and mailing a campaign!
12.) Print and mail or click on the Print Services button (highlighted below) and leave the print and mail fulfillment to us.
